A successful project requires a supportive Supply Chain.  Often, your chosen suppliers assist in the improvement of a project/product.  This is done through open and frank communications with competent suppliers that can see that their involvement is based on more that having the lowest price.

• Supply audit services and pre-qualification inspections of the chosen vendors
• Design and Implement Quality Control (flow down / compliance) 
• Develop back up vendors for mission-critical parts
• Develop Contracts and Purchase Orders - as appropriate
• Set delivery schedules with JIT delivery being the goal
